• New Year’s resolutions with a difference.

For the past few years, every beginning of the year I would write down my New Year’s resolutions which I would break the moment I put down the pen. I have been thinking of change so much that my dreams are about change too. In this brand New Year all I want is change and time. Change in my way of thinking. Change in my relationships and change in my way of handling situations. And as for time, I would like more time for myself. Time for my family. Time for my friends. Time for creativity. Time for nothing and the most important time to simply live. I sometimes worry too much. I worry even when there is nothing to worry about, so this year I’m gifting myself the time to live in the moment and change ways by not worrying too much or at all. Instead of the usual “Go to the gym” and “Cut out the carbs” I’m changing up the usuals into more meaningful resolutions:
  • Take every call I receive even when I’m not in the mood.
  • Create memories to remember for ever.
  • Say Yes to meaningful opportunities.
  • Enjoy the time I have no matter the situation; always see the bright side of things.
  • Simply live.
  • How about you? What are your New Year’s resolutions? And how do you plan on keeping them? HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
